He has had 20 years’ service with Italtile during which time he was Chief Executive Officer for two and a half years.
Siyabonga Gama

Appointed to the Board in 2004.
Siyabonga is a past Chief Executive Officer of the National Ports Authority of South Africa, past Chairman of the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa, is currently President of the Union of African Railways and serves on the Board of the Union of International Railways. During 2005 he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Spoornet, which was recently listed in the Top 300 companies National Business leaders of 2008.
Alessia Zannoni

Alessia is a freelance Creative Director and Image and Branding consultant. She is also a student teacher of visual education, communication and advertising at Scuola internazionale di Comics, accademia delle arti figurative e digitali - Reggio Emilia - Italy. Alessia obtained a Schoolmaster of Art and Photography qualification from the Istituto d’Arte A. Venturi in Modena, Italy in 1994 and an Art Director and Visualiser qualification from the Istituto superiore di comunicazione in Milan, Italy in 1997. She has worked as an Art Director in several advertising agencies in London and Italy.
Alessia resides in Italy.

Gary Morolo

Appointed to the Board in 2008.
Gary is Chairman of Datacentrix Holdings Limited, a listed Aka Capital investee company. In addition to Board membership of some of Aka Capital’s investee companies, Gary is a former Board member of the Financial Services Board, which he served for about 10 years in a nonexecutive capacity.
Susan du Toit

Susan is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and has held a number of positions in Ernst & Young culminating in the position as Audit Partner and then Team Leader for a group of audit partners. During her time at Ernst & Young, Susan was the lead audit partner on a number of JSE listed companies.
