ITD is an importer and distributor of brassware and accessories. Italtile Ltd holds a controlling interest in the business, which primarily services the Group’s retail network, although it also has a small open market client base.
This business, in which the Group holds a controlling 80% interest, is an importer and distributor of tiling tools, laminated floor boards, cabinets, decor and accessories. Cedar Point’s major brand is ELF laminated flooring, and its key customers are the CTM and TopT retail networks.
Procures stock for the Group, and is the single largest importer of polished and glazed porcelain tiles in South Africa. Provides warehousing, distribution, logistics and foreign exchange services to the Group.
